• Collection and analysis of regulatory documentation • Development of environmental audit sections, using environmental management system and analysis of enterprise economic activity related to environmental issues, • Coordination of implementation, maintenance and regular improvement of Quality Management System • Conduction of internal audits on standard requirements compliance • Work with company internal procedures (drawing up of job descriptions for subordinates, formation of training schedule for subordinates)

• Planning and organization of foreign specialists schedule; • Collection and analysis of suppliers offers, negotiations on offers and contracts with suppliers, participation in contract text drawing up • Tracking of project implementation till its final completion: - Control for project commercial performance; - Equipment purchase; - Project optimization; - Monthly reporting of contracts performance; - Department office-work; - Registration of orders, minutes of meeting, incoming and outgoing correspondence; - Drawing up of time sheets, vacation schedule, business trips schedule of assigned foreign employees

Разработка Планов мероприятий по предотвращению аварий; Планы мероприятий по охране окружающей среды; Обеспечение сотрудников спецодеждой и средствами индивидуальной защиты Участие в Подготовке Плана ликвидации возможных аварий

Организация и осуществление контроля за соблюдением законодательства о труде, стандартов, правил и норм безопасности, постановлений и распоряжений вышестоящих органов, предписаний органов государственного надзора. Обеспечение единого порядка организации работ по охране труда всех подразделений предприятия. Разработка комплексных планов улучшения условий труда и осуществление контроля за его исполнением. Участие в разработке проектов нормативных документов, правил, стандартов и инструкций по безопасному ведению работ.
