Project: TINRHERT FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT The project is separated into two stages: 1. TCF – temporary camp facilities for 480 people 2. ISBF – inlet separation and boosting facilities SOW for TCF comprises early civil works such as site preparation, grading & levelling, excavation, fencing, foundation works, installation of watch towers. - Roads and walkways; - Accommodation units; - Common facilities; - Warehouse; - Camp utilities; - Lighting; - Sewage & evaporation pond SOW for ISBF comprises earthworks and levelling, formworks, reinforcement, foundations for reservoirs and equipment, pipe racks, full substation building

The first phase of project is to supply three different types of steel galvanized frame for telecom towers. Each structure will be equipped with support and flanges for electrical equipment. Our role is to ensure that the structural steel and pipes delivered to the workshop are in conformity with the quality standards. I also perform different testing such as NDT, coating of the assembled elements, inspection of precast foundations and installation of tower on site.

- Managing resources for soil cutting, filling, grading and compaction to make the suitable ground level for the temporary facility area of 146006.56 m2 including: - Site investigation and development - Subsoil improvement - Piling - Sewage system - Roads and paving - Fences and gates - Strict compliance with HSE - Daily and weekly reporting and meetings with JGC Algeria SPA. - QA/QC including: site surveying, concrete quality and formwork, soil compaction test etc.

Project: New Aktau Base, Barite Plant in Karazhal The Project Manager comprises multiple roles and responsibilities as follows: - Procurement (pre-qualification of potential vendors that are best suited to provide services applicable to the project, conduct interviews with potential bidders, bidding and negotiations, selection and awarding contracts) - Permitting (determine which statutory approvals are required, monitor that applications, formal letters for approvals are timely submitted, meetings/negotiations with the regulatory bodies to obtain relevant permits and approvals, check that the regulatory approvals are obtained prior to works startup on site) - Design Management (plan, coordinate and control the issue of drawings, specifications and tender documents, ensure that construction cost remains within the approved budget, provide value engineering based on standard design proposals, follow the design schedule, identify possible costs, benefits, schedule and technical implications of proposed design changes, determine the deliverables are produced on time) - Construction Management (effective site supervision, conduct regular site inspections, work with RFIs, ensure that NCRs are recorded and duly rectified, follow up with Contractors on long lead items, check compliance with the company HSE policies & procedures, and perform safety audits, attend site safety meetings and Tool Box Talks resolving routine site outstanding issues) - Commissioning (coordinate quality assurance process that begins during design and continues through construction, occupancy, and operations to ensure that the facility of installed equipment operates properly as per design or specifications) - Acceptance & Handover - Post Project Review - Capitalization of Assets
