Key responsibilities:  Plan, direct and supervise integration and hook-up works related activities of multi-disciplined team personnel in field engineering LNG facility to meet all target key objectives of integration with a focus on HSE, planning and quality.  Provide technical input to integration works associated with sub vendor scopes in NOVATEK MURMANSK PLANT  Implement the HSE Management policy, plan and procedures to do the work and to be aware of the content and intent of all quality procedures and ensure their implementation.  To manage all aspects of planning, preparation and execution for the Topsides Modules Integration and module Hookup to ensure mechanical completion of Sub systems / Systems and Completion of the Facility as defined by the scope of work and in line with the project planning priorities and agreed Milestones.  Delivery within cost and schedule of Integrated Topsides and a Topsides-to-GBS Facility with all activities up to Systems completions activities completed  Coordination of all Integrated Topsides and Topsides / GBS Facility construction work  Provides and coordinates Technical Support internal and external parties  Assisting in developing the Integration and Hookup portion of the schedule for the project  Managing and administering of the site contracts to achieve safety, quality, budget and schedule objectives  Managing interfaces on site including between contractors, and between Construction and Operations.  Assist handover to Commissioning and/or Operations
