• Provide technical assistance and first level support related to IT • Development / modification & support of in-house softwares, intranet & web applications • Support / Minor maintenance of TIMS(Admin software), PIMS(Personal management system), PAMS(payroll management system) and Generate reports • Provide End-user training, user manual creation, user registration & management of Document and transmittal management systems (E-cosmos, CDMS, NGDMS). • Provide End-user training, development, maintenance & support of TIMS(Time sheet Management System) (Web application) • PC Help desk support to the end users and clients like Mitsubishi, Rasgas, Qatargas & Shell • Initial PC setup for new user • Installation & support of various engineering and non- engineering softwares • PC maintenance & troubleshooting, Server backup & restoration of Data. • Active directory user creation and Management • Exchange server Email creation and management • User manual creation for in-house softwares • Configuration of printers in print server and user side • Inventory management using asset management tool (Manage engine) • Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate best pricing for hardware & software quotes • Support Cisco/polycom videoconferencing and Lync/Skype for business meetings
