Well coring as a backup of incoming water supply. • Review and evaluation of Design Proposals for upcoming additional projects, BoQ generated by Revit, shop drawings, specifications. • Requesting for quotations for boilers, chillers, VRVs, CCTV, fire alarm & security systems, STP. • Subcontracting evaluation, studies for having own duct fabrication facility. • Cut-out / provisions preparation and verification of provisions at site. • Coordination of all MEP Systems in terms of site installation and materials delivery to site. • Preparation of RFI’s for the coordination problems prior to site installation takes place.

(all mechanical materials and equipment) • Preparation of Installation Method Statements, assisting the preparation of shop drawings. Coordination of mechanical systems with BHS (Baggage Handling System) & electrical systems. • Attending FAT of Chillers and Fire Pumps for Performance Test Witnessing. • Preparation of completion program of mechanical materials in terms of material approval, purchase order, delivery, installation and commissioning periods. • Coordination of meetings with client/consultant/main contractor engineers to sort out design issues and material approvals. • Coordination of site works with design team; coordination of draftsmen for the completion of shop drawings and coordination of mechanical systems with other disciplines. • Representing mechanical department in the daily site coordination meetings for site progress and attending weekly meetings for design coordination.

• Preparation of Commissioning Plan, Training Plan, Commissioning Method Statements for mechanical systems as ventilation, heating & cooling systems, waste water and domestic water systems, flushing, and air & water balancing. • Responsible for post installations of equipments, preparing the systems for inspection, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Reporting the system defects and/or faults to construction and design departments. Coordination of subcontractors responsible for ducting & piping & air balancing. System equipments: AHU (Handling Units), FCU’s and PACU’s, booster and circulation pumps, unit heaters, air curtains, convector (trench heaters) etc... • Responsible for completing the missing installations which are necessary for full system commissioning and submission to client. • Start-up of mechanical equipments along with or without supplier’ service supervisors. Preparing the systems for inspections that will take place with the consultant. • Reporting / updating the progress logs and re-scheduling the commissioning program in case of delays in commissioning activities. • Responsible for the preparation of Air Balancing Passports

Responsible for the testing & commissioning and handing over of mechanical systems. Preparation of testing & commissioning method statements and pre-comm. and comm. checklists for mechanical equipments. Preparation of mechanical handover booklets for buildings. Attending pre-commissioning activities with the client representatives. Preparing the method statements for the pressure testing and flushing / cleaning of water infrastructure works (Potable Water Network – Heating & Cooling Networks – Sewage & Stormwater Networks)

Responsible for the installation of all mechanical works in the respective project such as Siemens Gas Turbine (SGT-800B), Aalborg Boilers, Air Cooled Condenser (ACC), Gas Fuel Station (RMS), Demineralized Water Building, Fin Fan Cooler (FFC) & Simple Cycle Piping.
