- Carried out market research of suppliers of Goods and Material (GM), as well as collected and systematization of their quotations and terms of delivery;

- Ensured timely and comprehensive realization of allocated budget and procurement plans according to fixed quantity and quality;
- Performed contract administration.

Facility: Gas Plant
- Performed procurement of the major and minor goods for gas treatment unit project;
- Received Purchase Orders from technical staff of the supervised Project and to check availability of all necessary technical information;
- Carried out market research, to prepare price analyses and submit them to Project leaders for approval;
- Prepared and coordinated Purchase Contracts according to approved procedures;
- Controlled delivery process, to check availability of all necessary transport documentation for customs clearance procedures (where necessary);
- Checked availability of all necessary certificates for imported equipment/materials;
- Submitted reports on goods and services purchase to the Client;
- Updated Delivery Schedules weekly;
- Prepared contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and company deliverables;
- Maintained an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules;
- Ensured that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, company specifications and government regulations;
- Tracked payments and deadlines;
- Analyze and mitigate risk;
- Provided contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
