Division: Market Data division is responsible for all commercial management activities including business analysis, operations, reporting, management and strategy. Responsibilities: Successfully completed smooth migration to centralize Global market data invoice processing in Budapest for EMEA region and NAM (specifically for big vendors such as Thomson Reuters accounts, Bloomberg) • Management of Invoice Validations and Approvals: validating invoices against inventory, and approving for Market Data in EMEA • MDM (Inventory management tool) - Financial Navigator: Investigating all discrepancies • Resolving all issues with suppliers, chasing credits. • Timely payments to all vendors. Ensure services are not disrupted because of late payment. • Ensure MDM tool is updated. Assist business analysts and MDM team to update MDM accordingly • Identifying and correcting appropriately inventory mis-matches, cost codes • Role involves checking and validating data entry of all invoices entered into Oracle P2P (procure to pay system) and ensuring that supplier details entered on the system are 100% correct versus invoice being processed

Division: Citigroup Technology Infrastructure –Europe, Middle East & Africa (CTI EMEA) is responsible for providing technical support and delivery to internal Citigroup businesses on a regional basis. CTI EMEA Finance is responsible for the financial control of approximately 53 countries, covering expense management, recovery management (including intercompany billing between several legal entities, customer reporting and maintaining corporate reporting systems) with focus on accurate forecasting and budgeting and maintaining a transparent customer allocation model Responsibilities for Middle East, Western Europe and Africa clusters: • Performing financial analysis of variance trends between Plan, Actuals and Forecast. • Monthly forecasting and variance reporting for countries/clusters under Analysts control • Monthly reviews and follow ups in SMART report where we can see the actual numbers for months, which helps to prevent the missing bookings • Provide country heads with support on financial processes and systems, assist with business queries, involving in the end-to-end process regarding TI financials in-country (involved in expenses) • Cooperation with regional finance team in UK • Reporting to the Cluster Controller for Middle East, Africa and Western Europe (supporting the responsible country heads and the cluster controller) – this involves variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan, trend analysis) • Regular interaction with regional Financial Control and country heads, supported standardisation and application of expense methodology for TI department

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and participate to the process of Month-End-close, Quarter-End-close, which includes data integrity checks, internal cost allocations • Active participation in specific accrual bookings • Perform Cash flow model for BS • Perform monthly preliminary data check: accounts vs. cost centers • Establish standards (coding for PL,BS) • Report monthly earnings and periodic Financial Statements • Income statement analysis, trend analysis; developed the documentation process of Russia Moloo reporting (Desk manual) • Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of the financial records • Cost reporting (Worldwide Service Costs), Tax reporting(TUS) • Coordinating account reconciliation for Russian affiliate • Effectively completed the 2007 Year-End Closing • Support for other EE countries within the frame of Chorus project (payroll bookings)

• Transaction processing to account for complex SAP product movements (inventory purchases, sales and other movements) • Support for product movements and inventory accounting systems and processes • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of volumetric movements and financial records • Investigation, follow up and resolution of aged items and exceptions • Liaison with other team members and in-country contacts (local plants and affiliate Supply&Distribution departments) • Identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities
