Project Execution Directorate - leading projects from Feasibility-Concept-FEED-Detailed Design and support up to Construction and Commissioning stages.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with Main Automation Contractor (MAC) to plan and execute I&C pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; Assist I&C Lead in the safe execution of I&C pre-commissioning and commissioning testing, including FAT & SAT on Honeywell Automation systems, Loop Testing, Safety Integrity Function testing of systems and equipment, to enable such systems and equipment to be safely handed over to Operations for start-up; Develop the Commissioning procedures for all Process Automation Systems; Input into engineering and construction concerns and raise technical queries to prevent delays at Tengiz. These are to be answered by the project engineering team; Lead a team of Instrument supervisors, technicians and vendor FSR's; Assist I&C Lead to supervise and steward all Process Automation System pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at site; Participate to MC and RFSU walk-downs; Assist I&C Lead in managing interfaces with PAS related vendors; Review and assess resources to carry out activities in the field; Assist I&C Lead to review and validate duration of the 3GI Commissioning Schedule.

Coordination between vendor, client and design engineering. Work to latest KPO Specifications, GOSTs, and SNiPs. Familiar with Safety Objective Analysis, HAZOP. Produce / prepare Drawings (AutoCAD), as per Clients design specifications: Instrument Cable Block Diagrams, Instrument Cable Tray and Routing Drawing, Sections, Marshalling Panel Termination Diagrams ,Interconnection Diagrams, JB Termination Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagrams, Equipment Layout, F&G Layout, JB Layout Drawing, Instrument Location Drawing, Installation Details, Mounting Detail, Process & Pneumatic Hook-Up Diagrams, Panel Layout, Carry-out “As-Built” on completed project drawings as required. Review, comment and develop Cause and Effect matrix for ESD and F&G system functions. Produce/prepare Documents (MS Word, Excel) as per Clients specifications: Instrument Data Sheets, MRR (Material Requisition Report), MTO (Material Take Off), I/O Schedule, Instrument, Instrument Cable Schedule, JB Schedule.
