Project 2: Secondary containments, Q-Chem(Chevron Phillips-Qatar Petroleum), Qatar. • Total project planning, scheduling and monitoring on Primavera P6. • Providing cost control and planning advise to all project stake-holders. • Monitoring manpower productivity and usage plan on weekly and monthly basis. • Quarterly risk identification, prioritization and mitigating plan. • Monthly cash flow forecast, monitoring and generating relevant reports. • Tracking, monitoring and forecasting all activities, project deliverables and if necessary releasing recovery plan. • Preparing weekly reports for S-Curves, Earned value, BC Analysis, CPI & SPI and advising PM’s. • Issuing procurement and purchase plan for all project materials and following-up and updating them. • Project Billing and verification and approvals of sub-contractor invoices. • Contractor’s planning representative for all project meetings with client and sub-contractors.

• Planning and scheduling of activities with cost loading for International CAR buildings and solar power plant. • Preparing delay report and issuing recovery plans. • Progress monitoring and updating schedule.
