Senior Cost Controller
Responsible for cost control tasks including - Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes in the ERP system and recommend appropriate modifications and revisions of the actual costs; - Perform budget setup, Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) in the Cost Control System; - Implementation of the project cost tracking system to monitor and analyze budget, commitments, actual costs and cost variances; - Monitor cost coding system is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete; - Report variance between actually cost and original budget, as well as provide suggestions for corrective actions; - Suppliers invoice verification to ensure the compliance with the company procedures, budgets and contracts; - Monthly financial closing (Preparation of summary level cost reports, Financial reports, Accruals, inventory write off, cash flow forecasts); - Work closely with Drilling, Geological, Logistics, Contract and Finance department to identify any changes in the working plans in order to incorporate those changes into the Project Work Plan; - Develop procedures for invoice verification, Service / Purchase Orders for the cost control teams; - Take part in the annual external audit as well as quarterly audit of the Group Company; - Train and supervise three costs control team
