• Continued to support and develop Baker Hughes’s safe working practice within the TCO HSE plan; • Ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with the Companies Quality Management System; • Coordinating, mobilizing, and demobilizing of both field personnel and equipment to maximize resource utilization; • Liaising with clients to ensure field personnel have valid induction/permit certification and have sufficient trained staff to cover all operational requirement; • Developing operational policy and procedures, which will ensure Baker Hughes continues to be a dynamic and profitable business; • Preparation of the drawings and procedure for chemical cleaning; • Calculation of all required chemicals which are needed for chemical cleaning; • Calculation of required demineralized water for a chemical cleaning and calculation of liquid waste; • Calculation of the required resources (manpower, distribution of people by sites & units, distribution by teams); • Calculation of required materials and equipment’s (hoses, fittings and special connections);

• Sales of chemical reagents, gases, calibration gas mixtures in accordance with orders concluded by contracts; • Receipt, analysis, process of request, and providing of commercial quotations; • Participation and preparation of tender documentation for national and foreign companies (including e-procurement method); • Contract execution for supply of goods to the companies such as North Caspian Operating Company N.V., Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., «Atyrau Oil Refinery» LLP, «Pavlodar Oil Refinery» LLP, «CNPC-Aktobemunaigaz» JSC, «Zhaikmunai» LLP Kazgeotech JSC, Halliburton and etc.; • Conduction of pre-sales activities to create conditions for the systematic sales of goods and meet the demand of customers for products; • Process monitoring of product supply; • Identification of potential Customers/Suppliers of products and establishment of business contacts; • Conduction of data collection from Customers/Suppliers on the requirements for the quality characteristics of products (lifetime, terms of use, package, etc.), as well as the requirements for customer service; • Maintenance of data base of Clients and internal documentation; • Renewal of the contracts with the regular Customers/Suppliers; • Keeping records of stored products in the warehouse, the purchase of goods to the warehouse; • Compliance with the requirements of labor protection, safety and environmental protection;

• Continued to support and develop Baker Hughes’s safe working practice within the TCO HSE plan; • Controlled the quality of treated water in wastewater treatment plants (WTF, WRF), cooling plants, including chemical analysis of marketable water and reports of services related to treatment systems; • Provision of support for data collection used for the preparation of technical documentation on safety at change control as well as design/technical documentation related to the injection of chemicals at the KTL plant; • Evaluated safety processes and procedures to check safety of working conditions; • Participated in annual inspections during Shutdown and/or Turnaround at the first (KTL) and second-generation (SGP) plants; • Visited customers sites to supervise new product trails and troubleshoot when issues arose; • Supported chemical treatment programs through daily monitoring activities; • Compiled weekly production and technical information about the operations of the plant; • Controlled the efficiency of processing units in order to achieve the maximum amount of prepared oil;

• Tracked and collected analytical data in electronic files; interpreted the results of the analysis and gave recommendations to consultants and operators of the customer; • Provided feedback on plant and field facilities where the weaknesses and successes in the chemical treatment program were identified; • Controlled and accounted for the consumption of chemical reagents at the first-generation plant (KTL); • Performed timely analyses, reports and presentations on the work and services that was done; • Participated in inspections of processing units during the turnaround of the plant; • Checked and calibrated analytical equipment/instruments;

• Ensured proper data collection (e.g., recording the readings of level meter, pressure gauges, injection rates, chemical consumption, etc.) according to the maintenance plan to assist in monitoring and performing chemical treatment tasks for boiler feedwater, boiler water, cooling and chilled water, gas and oil production, as well as processing customer requests; • Collected analytical data into electronic files; reported deficiencies and surpluses to engineers; • Carried out routine sampling of boiler and process water; • Conducted laboratory tests (for example: the residual content of free chlorine, phosphates, as well as additional tests to determine iron, silicon and water hardness, etc.); • Controlled microbiological activity at water treatment units; • Actively supported and provided clear information on the operation of processing plants/equipment to chemical engineers;

• Treatment of oil production wells with corrosion inhibitor using a special Enerspers unit; • Direct contact with the customer during chemical treatment of oil wells; • Controlled and accounted for the consumption of chemical reagents in certain field workshops;
