Services include design, fabrication, transportation and installation of offshore platforms, and installation of offshore pipelines. Currently employed as a Project Accountant on a large EPC Oil and Gas project with a diverse international organization. In my role as Project Accountant I have progressed from a Junior Clerk through to a Project Accountant as well as being employed as a Cost Accountant for more than 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry. Assigned to the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli Phase 3, Deep Water Gunashli Sub Sea Water Injection Systems Installation Projects for BP/AIOC (Azerbaijan International Operating Company) & BP Shah Daniz Riser Monitoring System Installation for BP Exploration (Shah Daniz) Ltd •Forecasting & preparing monthly, quarterly, & annual financial (cash forecast, project variance reports, cost analysis, budget reconciliation) reports for the Accounting Manager & Project Director; •Creating & maintaining Project Chart of Accounts based on work breakdown structure of the company; •Responsible for month-end revenue recognition and reconciliation of deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and backlog. •Resolve billing issues in a timely manner •Perform Project Profitability Analysis and present findings to the Project Executive and Accounting Manager. •Monitoring project costs and revenues and verifying the accuracy and propriety of costs booked in projects •Interfacing with project cost centers (Project Control, Engineering, Contracts & etc.) in various financial management issues

Assigned to the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli Phase 3, Deep Water Gunashli Topsides Fabrication Project for BP/AIOC (Azerbaijan International Operating Company) & Turkmenistan Floating Flare Project for Single Buoy Moorings INC •Responsible for monitoring, and forecasting all project costs associated with fabrication, design engineering, procurement on the projects. Activities include: Supervision, Training & Development of Project Cost personnel, preparation of external Cost Reports in a weekly basis, internal Monthly Reporting, controller of budget development, reporting requirements, cost baseline development, claim/ back charges, liaise with client to implement cost control system by using agreed structure and information for both sides. •Cost Control of all project purchases and expenditures. •Cost coding for received invoices and all purchase requisitions (related to Topsides projects and cross-project activities). •Efficient utilization of CCTS (Cost Commitment Tracking System), SPORTS (Standard Purchase Order and Requisition Tracking System (Procurement Program)), OLIVES (Online Invoice Voucher Entry System (Accounting Payables Program)), comparison of data with registers •Reclassifications of projects job numbers if required. •Preparation/summarization of cost/cash flow report incorporating actual invoiced amounts for the month and values of variation orders/new contracts to forecast revenues, costs and billing estimates to client (BP/AIOC) on monthly basis taking into account contracted amounts and cost incurred for project’s target, lump sum and reimbursable items and compares budget/target price vs. running actuals vis-à-vis planned/actual percentage progress and planned/actual man-hours •Coordination & Cost coding / Cost allocation of all freight invoices related to McDermott freight forwarders (PANALPINA & KN Ibrakom) for Caspian Projects.
