Analysis of profits, penalties and lowering co-ficients on the project. Budgeting ( quartery, annual); Introduction of new technoliges that will increase quality of cementing jobs and CBL.

Full control of cementing, starting from the selection of contractors for the supply of chemical additives, the development of a cementing program, a plan for running casing, preparing the logistic plan and follow up with shipping and operations groups, in order to make sure all chemicals, blends and equipment are available on the rig, running laboratory tests, monitoring the work of contractors for well cementing (Halliburton, "Munai Kolik", BJ-Ural, Baker Hughes), quarterly/annual budgeting up to direct work on the well; Audits cementing job on site and make sure that the operation goes as per Company standard and procedure.
